HostelLinc helps students, guests, and hosts discover, list, request, and manage hostel stays. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and have the authority, consent, or legal capacity needed to create an account, make a booking, or publish a listing.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, create safety risks, or violate these terms.

Prices, availability, room details, and hostel rules are shown based on information provided by hosts or platform administrators.

A booking is confirmed only when the required confirmation, payment, or approval step has been completed in the flow shown to you.

Fees, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the terms shown during booking or agreed with the host, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Hosts must have the right to list their hostel, provide accurate descriptions and photos, keep availability current, and honor confirmed bookings.

Hosts are responsible for complying with applicable property, safety, tax, licensing, and student accommodation rules.

Guests must use accurate booking information, respect hostel rules, care for property, and communicate promptly about changes or issues.

You may not use HostelLinc for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, spam, scraping, unauthorized access, or anything that harms users or the platform.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, HostelLinc is a platform that connects guests and hosts. We do not own, operate, or control every hostel listed on the platform.

We may review, verify, edit, remove, or rank listings to improve quality, safety, trust, and usability.

We work to keep HostelLinc reliable, but the platform may change, pause, or experience interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HostelLinc after an update means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HostelLinc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
